Alexis employs design as a powerful tool for storytelling. Her mastery of contrast and color helps build brands and shape consumer decisions for diverse clients like UCLA, UC Irvine and the Pasadena Humane Society. Alexis knows that specialized training (she holds a BFA from UC San Diego and an MA in visual communications from California College of the Arts) establishes a foundation for superior work – a foundation she reinforces with passion, skill and over a decade of invaluable experience selling dynamic ideas. Her award-winning design grows out of a belief in “partnering with clients to pursue shared vision and achieve common goals.”

Jeremy Deutchman, Senior Creative Director

Jeremy breathes life into words and shapes words into sparkling ideas. His focus on both style and substance translates to big wins for high-profile clients like Claremont McKenna College, the Public Broadcast Service (PBS) and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. A BA in religious studies from UC Berkeley and a master’s in theology from Harvard taught him to strive for the unknowable – a relentless search for new approaches to impactful communication strategies that engage, inform and inspire. After more than 15 years of successful messaging, Jeremy still loves what he does because of its potential to “connect people and build meaningful community.”

Leslie Baker, Lead Designer

Leslie sees and understands the world through the visual medium. Her unique perspective yields critical insight that adds value across industries for clients like the University of Southern California, DMVdesk and Southern California Public Radio (89.3 KPCC). Leslie’s extensive credentials (a BFA from the University of Denver and advanced training from AFI, UC Berkeley and UCLA) are only part of the package – she also brings three decades of extraordinary experience and an innate talent for solving the problem of how to communicate an idea. Her job is also her joy: “Working in collaboration with other creative people is an amazing rush.”

Caitlin Gertz, Project Manager

Caitlin leverages analytical prowess and organizational insight as key instruments of professional success. Her ability to extrapolate patterns and predictions from hard numbers has served diverse clients in fashion and design – from Juicy Couture and True Religion to blockbuster print magazines. With a degree in design management from Parsons The New School for Design, Caitlin complements business savvy with creative spirit, advancing artistic endeavors while hewing to the bottom line. A career at the intersection of current trends and constant change has honed her understanding of what creates an impactful campaign: effective organization. “If you are in charge of making sure something gets done, nothing is more important.”
